Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdb9 ("bdb9", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your registration, access to, and use of all services offered through bdb9.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any associated promotional or bonus programmes.

By completing the account registration process on bdb9, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the bdb9 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility

• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bdb9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the bdb9 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held within them.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. bdb9 is not responsible for any losses or delays resulting from the provision of inaccurate registration details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdb9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdb9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdb9 support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the review process to protect your funds.

Account Verification (KYC)

bdb9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may request identity documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence — as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request. Withdrawal processing may be withheld pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bdb9 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• bdb9 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bdb9 wallet in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time.
• bdb9 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if we have reason to believe the funds originate from illegitimate or unlawful sources.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or a verified method in your account profile.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, bdb9 may require completion of identity verification (KYC) and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• bdb9 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• bdb9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
• Winnings derived from wagers placed with bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 7 before they may be withdrawn.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bdb9 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdb9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where explicitly provided for in the specific market rules.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, bdb9's decision on bet settlement shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in our support documentation.
• bdb9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price, whether resulting from a human error or a technical fault.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and system availability. bdb9 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• bdb9 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or winnings on any account at our sole discretion, including where a pattern of arbitrage betting or matched betting is identified.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any given time, unless bdb9 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. bdb9 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and derived winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is detected. • Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdb9 staff or other users of the platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code or proprietary information from the bdb9 platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdb9 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, odds compilations, and overall site design — is the proprietary property of bdb9 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any such intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bdb9 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bdb9's intellectual property may constitute a civil or criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdb9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bdb9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part of it for maintenance, upgrades, or any other operational reason without prior notice.

In any event, bdb9's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdb9 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

bdb9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the bdb9 platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdb9 uses SSL encryption and other appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access or disclosure.

Termination

You may close your bdb9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bdb9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where we determine that these Terms have been breached, where required by law or regulation, or where we have a reasonable commercial or safety reason to do so. In the event of closure due to breach of these Terms, bdb9 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.

Amendments

bdb9 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
